Human Rights Committees

Human Rights Committee members must meet minimum training requirements when appointed to a Human Rights Committee and every 12 months thereafter. Record of training should be kept by the intermediate care facility or county board administration.

For New HRC Members

Complete the "Behavioral Support Strategies that include Restrictive Measures" training in DODD MyLearning and keep documentation of attendees for your records.
